Born in Lucerne, Switzerland, Florina first moved to New Zealand in 2018. 

​Florina initially worked as an ECE/Kindergarten, Primary School, and Secondary School Teacher.

She holds a BA degree Primary Education, and a Graduate Certificate in Leadership and Creative Arts. Florina also speaks 4 languages including English, Swiss German, and French.

Florina is presently in the final stages of Part 1 of the Graduate Diploma in NZ Immigration Advice. Once graduated, Florina will become an additional Licensed Immigration Adviser for Automotive Employment and the parent company, Jobcorp.

In addition to Florina’s support to our recruitment teams, Florina is an expert in social media marketing. She also worked as Head of Communications at an NPO for 3 years.

Florina is also our Candidate Manager, sourcing skills for the Recruitment Executives rounding off an almost perfect suite of skills for our industry.
